3. Payments
- We accept credit/debit cards as payment methods.
- Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.
- All transactions are conducted in Great British Pounds (£).
4. Shipping and Delivery
Standard Delivery:
- Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Next Day Delivery:
- Available for orders placed before 1 PM Monday-Friday at a cost of £7.99.
We aim to meet the stated delivery times but are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel.
- The items must be returned to us within 14 days after notifying us of your intent to cancel.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., boxed goods, garments, gift items).
- The goods must be undamaged upon return.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will issue a cheque to the address on the order.
- Original postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Failure to Take Reasonable Care:
- If goods are returned in a damaged or used state due to negligence, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the goods to you at your expense.

- Users are required to create an account when checking out on our store.
- It is the user’s responsibility to keep login details secure.
- We are not liable for any unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
